any production needs including scalable accelerated virtual workstations,
software license support (Autodesk, Adobe, Chaos Group…), Data management
storage, customizable pipeline, etc.

Summus Render is looking
for a Financial Controller (Part
Time)
Responsabilities:
Managing all Finance and
Accounting Operations
· Cash
Management and maintenance of a Cash Flow rolling forecast
· Manage
all bookkeeping and tax compliance activities outsourced to an agency.
Planning and Reporting
· Lead
the preparation of the Yearly P&L Budget that will be presented and
approved by the board.
· The
budget will have to be able to demonstrate consistency with the Company
strategy and will be accompanied with the corresponding narrative.
· The
budget will be done at P&L as well as KPI level.
· Preparing
and publishing timely monthly financial statements
· Biz
Performance and transaction analytics
· Lead
the definition and the delivery of the Key Performance indicators (KPI´s) of
the company.
· Work
with Sales and IT team to be able to automate as much as possible the monthly
reporting of KPI´s.
· Provide
a comprehensive narrative of the company performance to all the key audiences:
Management, board, potential investors, industry analysts, press...
Support in all
fundraising activities
The company will be involved in fundraising activities for the foreseeable
future. The Financial Controller will also be directly responsible for all
non-dilutive fundraising activities that is:
· Application
to all relevant Public Debt instruments, both national and European.
· Get
debt financing from the largest possible pool of banks in Spain in all its
possible forms (credit lines, loans, factoring, leasing...)
· Negotiate
Venture Debt and similar alternative funding vehicles.
