UX Profile Position: UX Lead

Position location: Barcelona, Spain.

Reporting to the CPO



What you will be doing: 



  • Lead UX within our cross-functional squads.
  • Ensure that the user experience for our users is as efficient and pleasant as possible. 
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create the most intuitive and user friendly experience.  
  • Propose and imagine ways of making our product more engaging, improving customer journey, and helping them succeed.
  • Ready to take the initiative and the lead within the design team showing ownership, commitment and accountability

  • Responsible for the growth of theuser base
  • Responsible for developing the brand
  • Overseeing the strategic development, direction and implementation of all marketing activities
  • Being in overall charge of a marketing budget of millions of euros per year
  • Full responsibility for deciding how the marketing budget should be split by channel, partner and country

  • Responsible for creating and leading the company's marketing team
  • Developing and growing the skills and competences of the marketing team, by coaching and mentoring them
  • Proposing, testing and executing new channels opportunities
  • Working in an Agile framework to help create product features that enhance the growth of the company



Requisitos

What we need from you: 

 

·       3+ year of hands-on experience working at similar position

·       Mobile app UX experience

·       Experience in a startup agile environment and culture / Fintech or B2C is a plus

·       Experience conducting concept and usability tests to gather feedback



·       Experience using industry standard software (Sketch, Zeplin) to create deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, mocks)

·       Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

·       Eager to push his/her limits in a fast-growing industry

·       Ready to take the initiative and the lead within the design team showing ownership, commitment and accountability

·       Experience with fast and iterative user-centric design methodology (design sprint, lean UX...)



·       UI knowledge (material design)

·       Design tools knowledge (illustrator, photoshop...)

·       International mindset

·       Basic development knowledge (not needed to know how to code, but needed to understand coders' jargon): React.js, HTML, CSS...

·       Frontend coding skills

·       Fluent in english



Community Manager

Responsibilities

·       Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

·       Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts

·       Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

·       Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

·       Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

·       Identify and manage the influencer relationship in order to increase product outreach.

·       Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features

·       Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists

·       Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends



Requisitos

Requirements

·       Proven work experience as a community manager

·       Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

·       Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

·       Excellent writing and communication skills (English and Spanish required)

·       Hands on experience with social media management for brands

·       Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

·       Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

·       Attention to detail and ability to multitask

·       BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

 

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with talented and ambitious people, all passionate in taking part of building a game-changing company.

 

What your day will look like as CFO


- You will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Financial function, company's financial performance (revenue and profit) and Investor Relations. 


- You will design and implement best practices including but not limited to financial reporting, cash control, advisor relationships, process improvements and commercial finance. Eg., monthly management accounts, FX management, cash forecasting, develop and monitor company accounting procedures, management of full annual audit process. 


- You will have a key role in developing and executing business growth plans including pricing, partnerships negotiations and investment decisions. 


- You will provide clear direction, guidelines and tools to ensure the company is working with best practice processes ensuring statutory accounting and compliance with tax regulations. 


- You will lead and manage the annual budget and quarterly forecast process and will ensure that all reporting is in line with financial best practice. 


- You will work with the Marketing, Commercial and HR to ensure all costs are efficient and are monitored on a regular basis to ensure accurate cost control. 


- You will build a world-class Finance Team, being an inspiring leader who will push, nudge, coach and motivate company's Finance Team. 


- You will work with the Founders and board to shape the growth strategy plans for the future. 


- You will report the financial results of the company to the board and other internal and external stakeholders on regular bases, using both numerical data and insightful analysis.



Requisitos

- You have a minimum experience of 6 years in finance roles and 2 years as CFO or Head of Finance.

- You have a minimum history of working in a mid-size growing company or startup, ideally in cybersecurity industry. Having led Series A or B rounds would be a plus.
- You have prior experience leading, hiring and managing a Finance Team in a high-growth environment. 
- You have a great eye for understanding and tracking financial data, using your analytical skills to support big business decisions. 
- You have ability to be a key influencer and are comfortable representing the Finance perspective to senior stakeholders at board level.

  • Full-stack marketing experience in Mobile Marketing including experience in:
    • Performance marketing
    • Inbound marketing
    • Influencer marketing
    • VIP programmes
    • SEO & ASO
  • Deep analytical ability and a constant desire to “test and learn” always measuring and communicating the results of any marketing activity
  • Ability to set up a strategy for a  high volume budget (€M per year) and at the same time willing to get their hands dirty and set up and monitor marketing campaigns when required
  • Deep leadership and  communication skills
  • Fluent in English
