Summus Render  is looking for a  Financial Controller (Part Time)


Managing all Finance and Accounting Operations

·       Cash Management and maintenance of a Cash Flow rolling forecast

·       Manage all bookkeeping and tax compliance activities outsourced to an agency.

Planning and Reporting

·       Lead the preparation of the Yearly P&L Budget that will be presented and approved by the board.

·       The budget will have to be able to demonstrate consistency with the Company strategy and will be accompanied with the corresponding narrative.

·       The budget will be done at P&L as well as KPI level.

·       Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements

·       Biz Performance and transaction analytics

·       Lead the definition and the delivery of the Key Performance indicators (KPI´s) of the company.

·       Work with Sales and IT team to be able to automate as much as possible the monthly reporting of KPI´s.

·       Provide a comprehensive narrative of the company performance to all the key audiences: Management, board, potential investors, industry analysts, press...

Support in all fundraising activities

The company will be involved in fundraising activities for the foreseeable future. The Financial Controller will also be directly responsible for all non-dilutive fundraising activities that is:

·       Application to all relevant Public Debt instruments, both national and European.

·       Get debt financing from the largest possible pool of banks in Spain in all its possible forms (credit lines, loans, factoring, leasing...)

·       Negotiate Venture Debt and similar alternative funding vehicles.


  •  Proven working experience as a Financial controller and Finance / Administration Management.
  • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  •  Experience with board reporting.
  • Experience with integration.
  • Experience in international operations (billing, collection, payments, etc)
  • Proficiency in English

UX/UI Desginer

UX Profile Position: UX Lead

  • Lead UX within our cross-functional squads.
  • Ensure that the user experience for our users is as efficient and pleasant as possible. 
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create the most intuitive and user friendly experience.

What we need from you: 


·       3+ year of hands-on experience working at similar position

·       Mobile app UX experience

·       Experience in a startup agile environment and culture / Fintech or B2C is a plus

·       Experience conducting concept and usability tests to gather feedback

·       Experience using industry standard software (Sketch, Zeplin) to create deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, mocks)

What your day will look like as CFO

- You will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Financial function, company's financial performance (revenue and profit) and Investor Relations.

- You will work with the Marketing, Commercial and HR to ensure all costs are efficient and are monitored on a regular basis to ensure accurate cost control. 

- You will build a world-class Finance Team, being an inspiring leader who will push, nudge, coach and motivate company's Finance Team. 

- You will work with the Founders and board to shape the growth strategy plans for the future. 

- You will report the financial results of the company to the board and other internal and external stakeholders on regular bases, using both numerical data and insightful analysis.


- You have a minimum experience of 6 years in finance roles and 2 years as CFO or Head of Finance.

- You have a minimum history of working in a mid-size growing company or startup, ideally in cybersecurity industry. Having led Series A or B rounds would be a plus.
- You have prior experience leading, hiring and managing a Finance Team in a high-growth environment. 
- You have a great eye for understanding and tracking financial data, using your analytical skills to support big business decisions. 
- You have ability to be a key influencer and are comfortable representing the Finance perspective to senior stakeholders at board level.

Role Mission

As Head of Marketing you will set company’s marketing strategy, product positioning, customer insights and team management and scale-up. Key Responsibilities

·   Strategic Planning: Drive the vision and strategy for the company global acquisition channels. ·         10+ years of working experience in Marketing
